“All ethics so far evolved rest upon a single premise: that the individual is a member of a community of interdependent parts. The land ethic simply enlarges the boundaries of the community to include soils, waters, plants and animals, or collectively the land.”

Conservation Easement Baseline Reports and Surveys

Elephant Rock 5 Baseline Report Update

Worked with El Paso County and Palmer Land Trust to conduct a site assessment that documented features of a plot of land and compared the existing conditions to those documented in an original baseline study completed in 2003. Assessed natural features, such as noxious weeds and habitat quality, and man-made features, such as structures. Wrote a memo of findings, created a photo log, and made maps in GIS documenting significant features. Completed work in less than a month of notice to proceed.
